Sandie’s
work explores the merging of the natural world and
the manmade. She uses abandoned objects to create sculptural forms that
are assembled in response to the environment.

Drovers’
Trace
The exhibition explores the Welsh Drovers’ Trails and investigates
the nature of passage. The work is constructed from found material collected
locally including cobbler’s equipment. The patterns on the sculptures
represent topographical features drawn from original drovers’
trail maps and relate to the movement of livestock from country to market.
Trywydd
'Porthmyn'
Mae'r arddangosfa yn ymchwilio trywydd y Porthmyn Cymreig ac yn archwilio
natur taith. Mae'r gwaith wedi ei greu allan o ddeunydd a gafodd ei
ddarganfod yn lleol yn cynnwys cyafarpar crudd. Cynrychiolai'r patrymau
sydd ar y cerfluniau nodweddion dearyddol wedi eu llunio o fapiau trywydd
gwreiddiol y porthmyn ac maent yn perthyn i'r symudiad o dda byw o'r
wlad i'r farchnad.
